Founded in 2019 by Broker/Owner Greg Stutsman, Brick & Mortar Realty had grown to include 16 agents prior to this latest expansion to 25. In 2024, the company achieved over $50 million in sales, making it one of the highest-grossing agencies in the Hampshire and Franklin County market.
“The addition of the Northampton office and growth of our team will allow Brick & Mortar Realty to better serve our clients on the west side of the Connecticut River,” said Stutsman. He added, “We look forward to a continued active role alongside our neighbors in the Northampton area business and civic communities.”
Stutsman, a native of the Pioneer Valley, continues a 40-year family tradition in real estate started by his mother, Ellen Stutsman.
